Dealing with Suicidal Subjects (1 day)
This course provides tools for Police, First Responders and Dispatchers to deal with the trauma and stress of Suicidal Behavior. The subjects covered are: suicidal indicators related to age, gender, stressors, symptoms and magnitude of loss, the aftermath of completed suicide, guilt, anger, helplessness, post traumatic reactions, and a triage plan for survival and safety of all involved parties.
